OBDS STORE MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS OBDS STORE MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY WHICH IS PART OF THE OBDS STORE MOBILE APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY. ANY TERMS DEFINED IN THE EULA SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY PERTAINS TO YOUR ACCESSING AND USING OBDS STORE SERVICES VIA THE OBDS STORE MOBILE APPLICATION WHICH YOU DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE GOOGLE PLAY MARKETPLACE FOR USE WITH A MOBILE DEVICE RUNNING ANDROID SOFTWARE (“OBDS STORE MOBILE APPLICATION”).

This policy describes the information collected during registration for and directly through the OBDS Store Mobile Application. If you would like information about how OBDS Store collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you outside of the OBDS Store Mobile Application, please read our website Privacy Policy. The OBDS Store Mobile Application connects you to the OBDS Store website where you can use the Services (as defined in the OBDS Store Privacy Policy).

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE OBDS Store MOBILE APPLICATION. DOWNLOADING OR USING THE OBDS Store MOBILE APPLICATION INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the OBDS Store Mobile Application (or any portion of the OBDS Store Mobile Application), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you, and are not obligated to support or update the OBDS Store Mobile Application.

You agree that OBDS shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the OBDS Store Mobile Application (or any portion of the OBDS Store Mobile Application). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current OBDS Store Mobile Application shall be subject to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy was last revised on April 1, 2017. We may change or add to this Privacy Policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically. If we materially change this Privacy Policy, we’ll let you know by showing it to you again when you open the OBDS Store Mobile Application.

Customer Data/User Data
OBDS Store customers may electronically submit data or information about fundraising prospects and donors to the Services for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”) OBDS will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. OBDS may access Customer Data in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement. Personal information about or generated by users of OBDS’s website and Services (“User Data”) is not Customer Data.

I. Information We Collect 
We collect the following types of User Data in the manner described below.

• You may voluntarily provide us with information;
• Your name;
• Your email address,
• Your password that you’ve created;
• Any other information that you provide in registering for or using the OBDS Store Mobile Application;
• Limited aggregate data may be available to OBDS Store upon its written request to Google; and
• You may voluntarily provide us with access to your phone’s geographic location information, like your current zip code, when you are using the OBDS Store Mobile Application to improve your user experience.

A. We automatically collect other information about you and/or about your device, including:

• Your IP address;
• The OBDS Store Mobile Application features that you use and the time of your use; and
• Other information about you collected through OBDS’s web site and as described in OBDS’s then-current website privacy policy at www.obralanbajudansprei.com/privacy-policy.php, to which you have already agreed.

II. How We Use Your Information
We use the User Data that we collect for the following purposes, including:

User Data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with our website Privacy Policy. Please note that a user may choose not to share certain information as described in Your Choices Regarding Your Information below.
A. Third Party Service Providers and Business Partners. We may use third party service providers and business partners to perform functions in connection with the OBDS Store Mobile Application. Examples include functions related to analyzing and improving the OBDS Store Mobile Application usefulness, advertising, marketing, storing data, providing users with products and services, administrative functions such as back up and security, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information about you that they need to perform their functions. We may deliver advertisements to you. We may work with third-party advertising companies that help deliver these advertisements to you. Additionally, for the improvement of Google Play, Google may collect certain information from Google Play and your mobile device, including but not limited to, information on how Google Play and your mobile device are being used. We neither can control nor are responsible for the privacy practices of Google.
B. Third Parties for Their Direct Marketing and Other Promotional Purposes. We may share your User Data with third parties, including our business partners, for their direct marketing and other promotional purposes.
C. Customer. We disclose User Data about your use of the OBDS Store Mobile Application to the OBDS Store customer with which you are employed, affiliated or associated (“Customer”).
D. Business Changes. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution, or other transaction or if the ownership of all or substantially all of our business otherwise changes, we may transfer your User Data to a third party or parties in connection therewith.
E. Investigations and Law. We reserve the right to investigate fraud and abuse on the OBDS Store Mobile Application and its Services. We may disclose User Data to third parties if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

• Take action regarding suspected illegal activities;

VII. Your Choices Regarding Your Information
You have choices regarding the use of your User Data by the OBDS Store Mobile Application. To change your information, including keeping your information accurate, please contact the Customer’s administrator who has access to modify your information.
If you no longer want this application to collect and use information about you:

• Uninstall the OBDS Store Mobile Application – You can stop all collection of information by the OBDS Store Mobile Application by uninstalling the mobile application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

VIII. Children 
We do not knowingly collect personal information from an individual under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through the OBDS Store Mobile Application. If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received personal information from an individual under age 13, please contact us immediately at admin@obralanbajudansprei.com.
